Userfriendly web design

Usability and graphic design of websites and applications is a key factor for user satisfaction and productivity.

With the growing importance of the internet in the marketing mix, websites are now being built from a user-centric rather than from  an information-centric point of view.

Web site owners have become much more attentive to issues such as which expectations the user has from the site

  • how to attract and keep the user's attention
  • how to guide him to relevant infortation in the fewest possible steps
  • how to create a competitive advantage eg via cross-selling or upselling tecniques.

Uniway designs user interfaces that perfectly reflect the target audience and user needs. To achieve this, we carefully analyse and evaluate the present situation and the future objectives of the website, and how it fits in our customer's business model. In the next phase, we apply a proven iterative and interactive prototyping methodology to validate key issues such as site structure, navigation, site & page design, logic. The validation process can be complemented by a set of representative user tests (optional).
