System Administrator (ref:sa09)
Function
As our new system administrator you will join the infrastructure team dedicated to keeping our infrastructure up to date, available and fast. Since Uniway is an official Microsoft partner, we have the latest available technology running in house and access to elaborate customer support. You will need to learn about new products and how to install and maintain them. Together with our experienced team members, you face the challenge of constantly improving the Uniway ICT infrastructure and keeping it cutting edge. You will further help Uniway employees and customers in resolving their issues.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist in Server administration (Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL)
- System upgrades and migrations
- Configuration of new desktops, laptops and peripherals
- Assist in new product evaluations
- User and customer support (1st & 2nd line)
Your profile
- Team player
- A curious and inquisitive mind looking to learn and evolve professionally
- At least a Bachelor degree in Informatics
- A first working experience is not required but will be considered a plus
- Affinity with Windows Administration (Active Directory)
- Technical knowledge or willingness to learn
- Security / Firewall / Networking
- VoIP
- French and Dutch speaking with good language skills in English
- Experience in Unix administration will be appreciated
